<p>In support of the 2008 Money Smart Week SM Illinois &#8211; taking place April 6 through April 12, 2008 &#8211; the Department of Finance at the University of Illinois, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, is presenting the Video Essay Contest. Students in High School and University are encouraged to produce and submit a Video Essay addressing the topic for<br />
their education level. Submissions will be taken from March 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008 and winners would be announced during Money Smart Week April 6 -12, 2008.</p>
<p>The Essay Contest for the YouTube generation</p>
<p>First Prize: $5,000 Scholarship</p>
<p>The Video Essay must be in the form of an infomercial on Financial Literacy.</p>
