2nd day – Thurs May 8th 7-10pm
Portfolio Due By May 9th 3pm in Mailbox
You will all be required to submit a portfolio of all videos produced in this class. Please drop them in my mailbox on the first floor of Art and Design in the main office by 3pm Friday May 9th.
I would appreciate the least compressed quicktime formate possible, as they will be used for various reasons in the future. Depending on length and file size, this may require more than one dvd. This will be figured into your final grade. You may request that your video not be used for promotional or personal purposes in the future.

Final Critiques Schedule
You will be asked to sign up for a day. You must inform me individually if you cannot make it to the second day, or you will lose participation points on your Visual Argument Grade.
All final crits will take place in our normal class room and all will be required to turn in their project the first day.

What parts of each commercial/campaign appeal with or utilize the kind of criteria mentioned in the reading and how does the generator of the commericial/videos appeal to the audience using visual rhetoric (visuals that perscribe to the viewer in some way, emotionally, intellictually, financially, and so on)
Post your response in class with your partner. (each must post on your blog for class discussion today)
