I am an artist, writer, and filmmaker. My creative interests include cinema, remixing and Copyright in the visual arts, creation in the digital age, religion and faith, as well as issues of power and agency. Last year, I received my MFA in New Media from the School of Art & Design at U of I. Now that I have completed my degree, I will spend this year teaching, making art in my studio, and working on the post-production for my first feature-length documentary film. I thrive on making–whether it is making art, film, or great food–and I am eager to share my love of creation with all you WwVers! Additionally, I enjoy spending my free time practicing yoga, gardening, and traveling.
